2. How to Order a Set of Nails?

  • Step 1: Measure Your Nails: Prior to ordering, measure your own nails and refer to our sizing chart located below each set to find your perfect fit.
  • Step 2: Add to Cart: Once you've identified your size, simply add your chosen set(s) to your cart.
  • Step 3: Checkout: Proceed to checkout to complete your order with the correct size selected.

 

3. How Long Do Press-On Nails Last?

  • First at all, our press-on nails are designed for reuse, allowing you to wear them multiple times for extended enjoyment.
  • Depending on your chosen application method and maintenance routine, our press-on nails typically last between 2 to 3 weeks when applied with nail glue and approximately 1 week when using adhesive tabs. While nail glue offers prolonged wear, it may affect the reusability of the nails.

 

4.  Shipping Timeframe:

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt.
  • Delivery Estimate: International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and location, typically ranging from 7 to 12 days.

 

5. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:

  • Production Mistakes: We take full responsibility for any production errors. If you receive the wrong set, size, or color, we'll gladly issue a refund or send you a new set free of charge.
  • Conditions for Returns: All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
